Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Browse meal plans and add items to your cart, choose your delivery slot and address at checkout, then complete payment where required. You may need to sign in so we can link your order to your account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We support online payments through our payment partners (for example, cards, UPI, and net banking where enabled). Available methods are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Changes depend on kitchen preparation time and courier assignment. Contact us as soon as possible using the phone numbers in the footer. See our Refund Policy for refunds and cancellations.
Delivery and areas
Where do you deliver?
We serve Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas covered at checkout. If your pincode or area is not listed, we may not be able to deliver yet—check back or message us on WhatsApp.
What are delivery slots?
Meals are tied to lunch or dinner windows (and any other slots shown when you order). Please choose the slot that works for you; late changes may not always be possible.
Subscriptions and plans
How do meal subscriptions work?
Subscription options, billing cycles, and renewal rules are shown on the meal plans page and at checkout. You can pause or cancel according to the terms displayed for your plan.
What if I skip a day?
Rules for skips, credits, or pauses depend on your plan and promotions applied. Refer to checkout details or ask our team when you subscribe.
Food, packaging, and dietary needs
Do you use steel containers?
We aim to serve in reusable steel dabba-style packaging where operationally feasible; specific packaging may vary by item or route.
Allergies and special diets
While we take care in the kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Mention allergies in order notes when available, and contact us for serious concerns. Final responsibility for suitability of food rests with the customer, especially for medical dietary needs.

How do I log in?
Use the Log in link in the header. You can sign in with phone OTP, email magic link, or email and password, depending on what we have enabled for your account.
